What should I do if my college roomie is a bully?

My college roommate has picked on me because he feels that I am soft, socially inept, and fat. He always greets me with degrading names like loser, geekburger, and nerd boy. Whenenever I eat he compares me to big animals such as whales, pigs, and elephants. He also cuffs me in the head, sting my neck or ear with a rubber band, and throws water balloons at me when im using my tv or the computer. I also have to spend alot of money because he throws away my food and I have to now buy out breakfast or dinner instead of store the food in our fridge and cook.
What should I do if my college roomie is a bully?
If it will stop your asking these near-identical questions all the time, then PLEASE let him beat you up!
Reply:If you're in a dorm talk with the resident advisor. There should also be someone in a campus housing office that could get you a room change and take measures to report the offensive behavior (there are student behavior guidelines at colleges, and harrasment is not allowed).
