Does this sound like dehydration to you?

I'm 21 weeks pregnant. Last week I was admitted to the hospital for IV fluids because of severe dehydration from a stomach bug. I was dismissed later that day. That was last Thursday. I've had a pretty bad, throbbing headache since then. Sometimes I feel like an elephant is sitting on my head or there's a bowling ball rolling around in there. This has been constant for 5 days now. I've had dizzy spells and I've had spells where I go partially deaf, almost like I'm under water, in one ear. I've had the hearing spells before and my OB said they were symptoms of near-fainting. I have an appointment Wednesday morning with my OB again, but what do you think? Oh, the headache gets worse when I bend down or lift anything, and I've never had a problem with high bloodpressure. Even while pregnant it runs around 100/60, and my last test was 101/64.
Does this sound like dehydration to you?
Yes, it sounds as though it may be. Drink plenty of fluids, if not water, flavoured water (if you're not a fan of the tasteless stuff).

Reply:yeah sounds like dehydration,, drink some fruit juice or something you can enjoy and keep down,
Reply:I wonder if maybe you are having sinus problems, It sounds like just a bad sinus, or a bad migrane . The ear thing sounds like maybe liquid in the ear sometimes, sinus problems cause that. The thing is that you are pregnant and only a doctor can tell you what is safe to take. You might try a decongestant that is safe for you and see if you feel any better. In the meanwhile drink lots of liquids.
